We collect your personal information, as name and address to email you the ticket(s), communicate with you in case of a problem with your payment, screen our orders for potential risk or fraud, and contact you if you have won the raffle. We will also use it to send you our newsletter if you have opted to receive it.
The personal information we collect and process is the minimum required to fulfil our commitment to run the raffle and to optimise our ticket sales.
Sharing your personal information
The Site relies on service providers to function, with whom we may share some of your personal information. They are:
– Ionos.co.uk, who host the Site
– Juka Britannia Consulting, who generate and email the tickets and who manage our outgoing emails
– PayPal, who manage our payments
Please note that the above providers are located in the UK.
We may also share your personal information to comply with applicable laws and regulations and to respond to a court order.
Collecting and sharing your personal information if you are the winner
We will require from you: – a copy of a government issued photo ID; – your date of birth; – your profession.
We might also require additional information to arrange for the shipment.
Once you have received the painting, we require that you send us a photo of yourself holding or standing next to the painting.
We will publish your name, age, city, profession and your photo with the painting on the Site, will use them in our newsletter and other material, and will share them with news outlets.
You hereby consent for your name, age, city, profession and photo to become part of the public domain.
If you do not to send us the additional information listed above for any reason, or revoke your consent for your name, age, city, profession or photo to become part of the public domain, we will cancel your ticket and refund you its full price, as per section 3.8 of our Terms.
Your rights
You can email us at jukaconsulting@gmail.com to ask for the personal information we hold about you. You can also ask us to correct it, update it, or deleted it.
Data retention
If you place an order through the Site, we will maintain some of your personal information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete.
Changes
We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
